Before you write in

Check the troubleshooting section — the two most common issues (slow first Git build, missing DNS record) are covered there.
Include the app slug and the output from the command history on the app page — it usually contains the exact error.
Deploys failing on a BYO server? Re-run the install command from the agent page; it upgrades the agent and its dependencies.

Status

If the dashboard is unreachable, your apps are not affected — they run on your own servers and keep serving traffic. Check /health for the control-plane status.
