These terms govern your use of devopsbuddy.io, operated by idev (idev.com.br). By creating an account you agree to them.
DevOps Buddy is a control plane for deploying and operating applications on infrastructure you own or rent from third-party cloud providers ("your infrastructure"). We orchestrate; the workloads, data and cloud accounts remain yours and your responsibility.
The service is currently in beta. It is provided "as is", features may change, and while we work hard to keep it stable, we don't yet offer an SLA. Your applications keep running on your infrastructure even if the control plane is unavailable.
Credentials you add are used solely to perform actions you trigger (provisioning, DNS, backups) and are stored encrypted. You can revoke them at your provider at any time, which stops our ability to act on that account.
The Free plan is limited (currently 1 server and 1 custom domain). Paid plans will be announced with their own pricing terms before any charge is made — there is no billing today.
You can stop using the service at any time; your apps remain as standard docker-compose projects on your servers. We may suspend accounts that violate section 3, with notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero on the Free plan). We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss on your infrastructure, or costs charged by your cloud providers.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and by email to account holders. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
